Ministry Event Space Reservation

Step one for any event planning is finding the best space and booking it out! Use this form to request space for ministry events at the church. Please include as much detail as possible so we can best support your event. All requests are reviewed by the church office, and approval will be confirmed before your event is added to the calendar.

Signature & Acknowledgement

By submitting this reservation request and signing below, I acknowledge that I am responsible for leaving the reserved space clean, organized, and returned to its original condition following my event.

I understand and agree to:
- Remove all trash and personal items from the space.
- Return all tables, chairs, and other furniture to their original locations.
- Sweep and mop the area if necessary.
- Clean up spills or messes created during the event.
- Schedule adequate time after the event for cleanup and resetting the space.
- Leave the facility cleaner than it was found.

I understand that events should not end with participants immediately leaving the facility without completing cleanup responsibilities.
