Join us for Light Night 2025, a FREE family-friendly event packed with excitement, community, and unforgettable memories! Last year, over 1,500 people came out to enjoy the fun, and this year will be even bigger and better!
Light Night is one of Blanco’s favorite traditions. Last year, more than 1,500 people poured into our campus to enjoy booths, inflatables, carriage rides, free food, hot chocolate, classic cars, emergency vehicles, a costume contest, and so much more. The joy was unforgettable — and it was made possible by volunteers.
Families love strolling past rows of polished chrome and restored beauties, and this year, we’re adding even more fun with Trunk-or-Treat! Kids will get to collect candy straight from the decorated trunks of the cars they already love checking out, making the showcase interactive and unforgettable.
Light Night FAQs
What is Light Night?
Light Night is a free, family-friendly community event hosted by FBC Blanco. It’s filled with games, inflatables, carriage rides, food, hot chocolate, classic cars, emergency vehicles, live entertainment, and more. Last year, more than 1,500 people joined us, and we can’t wait to welcome the community back again this year!
Is Light Night a Halloween Party?
Absolutely not. While Light Night does take place on October 31, it is not a Halloween party. Our goal is to provide families with a safe, fun, Christ-centered alternative for that evening. The focus is on building community, creating memories, and offering an opportunity for our church to share the hope of the Gospel.
Who can come to Light Night?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re part of our church family, from the Blanco area, or just visiting, this event is for you.
Does it cost anything?
Nope! Light Night is completely free to attend. From the booths and inflatables to the food and hot chocolate, it’s all offered as a gift to our community.
What about costumes?
Costumes are welcome, and we even host a costume contest for fun! We simply ask that all costumes be family-friendly.
How can I help with Light Night?
We’d love your help! Light Night happens because of the many volunteers who set up booths, serve food, welcome families, and more. We also rely on candy donations and classic car owners to participate in our Trunk-or-Treat. CLICK HERE to learn more about getting involved.
